Number of Members: 6/10 - You guys have a reasonable amount of members for being open 12 days although you could do better.
Number of Active Members: 6/10 - Could of done way better than this. Most members join and only post once and then leave. Your highest posting member is around 20 posts.
Number of Posts (spam or otherwise): 6/10 - Could of done better, but you are a role playing forum which does not normally get that many posts.
Appearance (first impressions): 8/10 - I really liked the logo when I first came in. It had a nice touch to it although the skin is a little basic and I always loved the IF forums with the Favicons.
Layout: 10/10 - Everything is in perfect order. I can find everything very easily and you used subforums very well.
Moderation: 5/10 - Your global moderator is doing...fine, although your other administrator is doing...poorly. He hasn't even posted once. I would suggest firing him and hiring the Global Moderator as an administrator.
Activity: 6/10 - On average your members have about ten posts each which really isn't that good. I would suggest making a forum which everyone enjoys. Not many Role Playing forums normally work out.
