Ending a Forum's Dependency on its Admin

Honestly, I would commence posting on my forum no matter how well we ended up doing. I love taking part in discussions, and I think if we were to ever get as active as say, this forum someday, for instance, I'd still stick around and post on the forum simply because I love spending time with my community.
