Do you think it's a good thing that Trump is ending the feature where a car turns off after it's been sitting a few seconds such as at a stop light? And then starts again once you put your foot on the gas?

My husband has a truck with that feature and I've dreaded getting a new car because I hate it! You can turn it off manually, but you need to do it every single time you drive.

So I'm looking forward to getting a new vehicle that doesn't have that feature! Besides it bothering me...it also wears down the flywheel gear which is expensive to replace!! It's one thing that a mechanic and I discussed right when that feature was starting to come out and I dreaded having a vehicle because of that.

What are your thoughts on it?

The government shouldn’t ban it. If we don’t want it - don’t buy the car.

I say, let the consumers be the judge of what they do or don't want.

what if it won't start up again 😛 I do hate them also
