Appearance (First Impressions): To be honest there is not much to say here. I definitely don't think the ''Please Remember that the MySQL Database Restarts Every Hour on the Hour. Other Than That, No Problems Have Been Detected or Reported'' message would want to make me join and would definitely give a bad first impression of your site, I'd be put right off. Also you do not have a banner which also doesn't give me a good impression. You can request one at many graphics sites including the FP graphic requests section. Other than the message and banner though I get reasonably good first impressions.
Overall mark for Appearance 10/20
Layout: I don't really have any issues here, however I think the dugout forum should be in the same section as the entertainment section and should be moved onto a seperate forum. Overall though the layout is good, keep up the good work.

Number Of Members: You've been open just over a month and you have 25 members. I find this to be a quite disappointing amount. I think to improve you could do with maybe doing some post exchanges, and of course, promoting your site even more then you currently do. Currently though, you are getting less then 1 member a day and until I registered there had been no registrations for a week. It seems like the forum is getting no new members and therefore the size of the community isn't increasing.

Number Of Posts (Spam or Otherwise): You have 3800+ posts. This is a very good amount and gives you an exceptional post to member ratio. However saying that almost all your posts are by staff and really, post exchanges would mean more posts where by the members rather then the staff. However on the positive side it seems your posts are of a reasonable quality and are non-spam.

Moderation: I think the amount of moderators you have is just about acceptable however is pushing it to the limit in terms of almost too many. The majority of the staff seem active however one person in your community team has not been active for 4 days. Other than that I have no problems with staffing at your forum and you have decent staff on the whole.

Activity: Here's the place you need to improve. Ok, you have active people, but they are all staff and you are not getting any new members, so you don't have an active community but an active group of staff. I am repeating myself but post exchanges would be really useful to help improve activity at your site and also you could use things like topsites, directories and every promotion site out there, as you seem active on only Forum advertiser and forum promotion and promoting at those two forums alone will mean you have a very low chance of the forum becoming successful.

Spelling and Grammar: Overall the forum has reasonably good spelling and grammar. I don't really any big problems, I've seen only one spelling mistake and some missing capital letters but this area has no real issues and these things are not really a problem and will not hold you back from being successful.
