The site looks well-structured, Not too many categories nor too little.

But the only thing that catches my eye is the logo.

Yea. The forum itself isn't all that flashy, nor does it have a lot of flare. But what it lacks in those areas it makes up for in others. I've been putting a higher priority on seo, content and getting members. Having an eye catching forum won't help if I don't have any members or content to reply too. I've got some ideas on how to do it, just waiting for the right time to switch my priorities.

Although working on seo and content is great, it's not a higher priority than the appearance of the site. Your site appearance is the first thing your members and guest see. Logo, colours etc. That's my personal opinion
