Name of site: Eprotv - Gaming and news community.
Link to forum? - It's gonna be eprotv.com / eprotv.org . It probably doesn't work as of yet, because within the next hours I'll be creating it. I'm currently looking to see if anybody are interested in helping out to start it off.
Genre - Gaming and news community. Esports, and other stuff. But we are also offering thematics related to what I mentioned previously, meaning that the general news affecting technology, hardware, software, and much more will also be discussed. E stands for "Esports", Pro stands for "professional", tv stands for "television", but not in the conventional way, but an online way to keep informed and to be able to discuss anything you want.
Forum Software - It's going to be Invision Community V5, and once we've got some members, we will be adding some amazing features that I will point out in the web (blog, forums,pages) once we're online and running smoothly!
Total number of posts the forum has received - None as of yet. I'm simply advertising it in hopes that somebody likes the idea and would want to help me out starting it.
Seeking? - More of recruiting. I understand that with zero members, Moderators are not really needed. But I'd like a person that helps me out managing the site and recruiting people or giving ideas of advertising it (and also helping out).
Paid Position? No. I want a person who is passionate with online communities and that wants to help us out.
Why are you requesting staff - As stated before, I'd prefer someone who helps me out starting the site. Adding content, giving suggestions on how to advertise it better, whatever helps would be appreciated.
Additional Information: As I said, starting this off again. This time with Invision Community V5. Having an online community was always my hobby. Doesn't really matter if it gets really famous or not. Adding content to the net, keeping people informed on what's going on in the gaming world (which I share, I play games myself, in the past in a semi-profesional way) was always my dream. Even if I have a tiny amount of people who enter every day and creates conversations, that's what I always wanted to do.
Online communities have changed a lot, and with reddit and Facebook winning share, it's even more difficult nowadays. But forums, and communities, will always be something different.
So if you like this idea, and want to help this out, give it a shot - you may like it. If you don't, hey, you can always leave the project.
