ESGN Pro - Custom Theme Feedback

Looks good! Hope it turns out well... I think a lot of people would love your theme!

Love it, though the blue background could be changed as it upsets my eyes slightly with darker elements placed ontop of it. Possibly make that a dark color, #333 or something.

The green banner also seems like it is taking up too much space with little to no use for it, maybe make it more compact so it takes up less room where useful info could be placed.
 
The green banner is a changing banner to get news articles a spot their it switches between as many banners as we have, currently you can see what i mean here http://esgnpro.com its the exact same.
 
I really like it, nice and clean and professional looking. Nice job!
 
I think overall it looks very nice, some improvements I think you should do this change the colour of this http://puu.sh/19OYM 'Airman' username text to something that contrasts more with the black background because the dark blue against black text is hard to read.
