Appearance
If the review system was still functioning like in the old days, I would have said 9/10! Haha. Your forum has a great appearance, the colors are very soothing to the eyes, amazing(!) logo and has a very welcoming feeling - mostly due to the slider! However, there are some things I would suggest you should consider changing, first instead of your forum description text being blue, I think it would look much better if the links were blue and the text was white. This would also help the links to be more visible in the category bar in vewforum.
. Also, I'm not quite sure if it's your theme or IPB is just like that but once within a forum, there are no icons next to the threads to indicate if the thread has new posts but you should definitely consider having those icons.
Layout
The general layout of your forum is
great, everything is placed very accordingly and appropriately. However, you have links/icons to your social networks in the top mini menu and then again at the right sidebar. That is redundant and only keep one it at one place.
More specifically, you have the ESGN HQ forums first then you the gaming console forums and then general forums. I think that layout is OK but it would be better if you had the gaming forums first, then general forums and then HQ forums.
First Impressions and Interest
I really loved the look of your forums, the logo is simply stunning, looked like there were several things going on (member of the month!). However, I was disappointed to see that the forums weren't more specific. I wasn't expecting such a general gaming forums with such a beautiful domain!

Overall, your statistics aren't awful but since it is a gaming forum, I have to say that it's disappointing to see the total number of posts in our gaming sections is less than the other forums. You barely have much going on the gaming forums. The topics/posts that already exist seem to be very original and interacting and I appreciated that. Your forum might be small but it has a real community feel to it.
