Possibly Selling an established forum related to the sport of golf.
Purchased a few months ago and have enjoyed my time developing it a but and doing the cleanup. It turns out I like to play the game more then work on a forum related to the sport. It has a custom design from DohTheme which will come with the sale. I have stats in two formats for the forum.
Forum History
Started in 2004, Golf Forum was a staple of the internet and building a dedicated base of users talking about the sport, equipment, courses and other gear. Since then the forum was sold 2 other times and finally purchased by me earlier this year. I cleaned it and revamped the design and have been working to gain traction on post and members. We are heavily indexed in Google and Bing and have been working hard to correct any indexing issues which we are seeing the fruits of that.

Domain registered at Dynadot.com now.
Xenforo Files (Not the license to go with it.)
Design and Graphics (By DOhTheme)
Social Media Account @Shottalkgolf (x), @shottalk.golf (Instagram), @shottalkgolf (Facebook)
Forum has not been updated to 2.3 due to breaking the design when updated, I have been traveling for work for the past few weeks and have not had time to see if Doh could update for 2.3.
