Estimate How Much your Website Is Worth

Defining the site's cost isn't a simple task.
There are many factors that determine the "worth" of a site. The cost of a site would be how much it costs to run it. The worth of a site is determined mainly by how much revenue the site is bringing in. Other factors would include how much traffic the site is bringing in on a monthly basis, email subscribers if any, search engine positioning for certain keywords, etc.

This is an estimated data only 😳

Check all of the results under "estimate site worth" on google. I think you will find that the numbers from these very well established "estimators" is very well lower than the number that whacked out site is providing.

It's very simple. A site's worth is of primary importance to the buyer, not the seller. It's the end user that matters and so if the end user thinks your site is not worth much, then that's as much as they're going to pay for it. It's what appeals to the buyer which is of worth, not the site itself. If I were to buy Google, then I'm not buying the site, the revenue/profit is what appeals to me. If I buy FP, then it's the community that appeals to me. Other than that, it's just a bit of coding. If nothing appeals, then to me, it's worth nothing; to someone else, it may be worth a fortune.

It says Cmt Sports Forum, which is hosted by ProBoards, a FREE host, is worth $1,275.22. Strange, I have spent zilch on the forum. I have spent no $ at all on it. If anyone wants to pay that much, I am selling.
