Setting aside the fact it is running on Zetaboards, It looks pretty decent. Try editing the skin though. You have an RPG board, with one of the ugliest and most "Cutesy" skins I have ever seen. Put some flames and tattoos on the birds and THEN we are cooking with fire.

As for the colors for members, they don't really fit. What I mean is.. I can hardly read them. Bump up the text size, and adjust the colors for a better look.
