It's pretty obvious that this site is some sort of viral web project. For example, they urge you to print off the man's picture and put it up anywhere you can. Then they have a section of where his picture appears throughout the world. So no need to get too freaked out. 😉

Lol, if you read the article and occasionally look at the guy, it appears that his eyes are moving. Anyway, I read it last night, thankfully no random guy roaming my dreams :yes:
