Ever made a fake member?

I've never made fake members to draw in activity..or for anything at that matter.

I find it to be low,if you can't draw in real members..then you should just rethink your board or do something to it to make it more appealing to make people want to join.

That might be just me though...

The point of creating the accounts is to draw in members. You will not get many registrations if your forum is completely empty.

What appeals to people on forums is activity.

I've done this before, though I'll probably not do it again for my next forum; I'd rather have my statistics accurate.

Well I have few accounts on my forum such as Music, Movie, Game. So when I want to post movie trailers I use the movie account. But everyone knows it's still me behind it. But it looks nicer to not have my username everywhere all the time
