Have you ever ruined someone's diet by eating food they're not supposed to have in front of them causing them to give in and eat that with you?

My mom was on a diet (she's not fat) and I had gotten a pizza from Pizza Hut. I offered it to her, she repeated that she was on a diet. She kept looking at it. Finally, she grabbed a piece.

No I'm more like the mom. Some food hurts my stomach, but then my son eats it and I want it too.

If I want something sweet when I'm on a diet, I'll make it just so I can have a small taste and then my husband will consume the rest. So me being on a diet isn't good for him.

I made fudge for Christmas gifts last year and gave my ex a huge plate of it even though he was on a diet. Didn't seem to do any harm. Still lost weight. Maybe he didn't eat it.

I bet he ate it! Men can lose weight by skipping just one meal. I think it's documented someplace with science (kidding). I get jealous at how much my husband can eat.

Lol, poor hubby 😀

This is something I have done in the past but also something that others have done to me as well. It can be so frustrating to do your best to stick to a diet only to end up ruining it because someone will eat something in front of you and the willpower you had left.

I have tried to explain to people why their dietary behavior is not healthy if that counts.
