Appearance (First Impressions): I think the theme of your forum is GREAT! The colors aren't plain, and there are many colors. As for my first impressions, I think you need some posts in some of the other categories, as forums that have no posts aren't very attractive. All but a few of the forums have posts from the past day or so, so I would suggest making some that aren't as active sub-forums of other forums. I also think that the "Post! Post! Post!" under Forum News isn't very attractive.
Overall mark for Appearance 15/20
Layout: As stated above, I think that some of the forums on the index page could be combined, so that the layout is smaller, and the board looks more active. I think that a better title rather than "More" and "Lets Get Postin" could make the layout better. I also think that you should hide the "Level 10 Lounge" for everybody except level 10 people, as it makes them seem like they are missing out on something, or make them feel excluded.

Number Of Members: You don't have a lot of members on your forum, and it will be hard considering that there are thousands of general chat forums on the internet. I think what would boost the number of members is if you have something unique on your forum (which is hard to do considering that you are on a free hosted forum). Maybe (if you haven't done it yet) suggest it to friends and family as a way of chatting with each other and staying in contact. As a general chat forum, they can talk about anything, so they don't have to be a gamer or a web designer to join, which may seem attractive for them. You still have an ok amount considering that you are less than a month old, but you will see that it is hard to get members on a general chat forum.

Number Of Posts (Spam or Otherwise): I think you have a great amount of posts for a general chat forum, and for being so new, you have a great amount of posts for any forum. The thing is a lot of these are in forum games (about 20%+ of the forums posts). Make sure that you are creating topics as much as you can when activity gets low so that your members have something to post on, and focus less on forum games. Though you have a good amount of posts, I saw a few that would be 'spam' in my book, like short posts that only have a few words in them. Though I would consider these spam, I don't know how you would handle it, so it won't take off for it.
