When you think of community staff members, how do you imagine them to be like? How do you expect staff members to act or portray themselves? How involved should staff members be in the community?
I agree. :great:Dan said:A staff member, regardless of the role should always be a normal user. I hate Admins and Mods who think they are better than the community and don't join in discuss and talk very formally and almost like robots. The best staff member is someone who acts professionally but is acts like themselves and always joins in active discussion with other users and is helpful and knowledgeable about what they are doing.
