Excelled Hosting Down?

Excelled Hosting is always going down. In fact, I've only been able to access their site three times within the past 2 days.
 
Sorry for a late reply, we had our cPanel upgraded, therefore sites were unaccessible. However, the server itself was not down. Sorry for any inconvenience, all sites should be up and running now.

Quick question, did you guys experience the main site down or just the sites on shared server (exlhost.info)?

That is false. I have NEVER had a problem with EH. It's not always going down. I have EP hosted on EH servers and it's never been down unless it's caused by upgrading or moving.

Just on the exlhost.info server, completely down.
 
Hmm, If you guys don't mind, I am assuming there is then a DNS problem with our domain and server, can you please visit the server via 206.217.221.216 , it would be really appreciated as well as help us narrow down the possible issues that might be causing this problem.

Really appreciate the input. The issue seems to be most likely a DNS one, will be working with server technicians to resolve this issue, again really appreciate the help.

I have had many problems with exlhost. For example, Supromote is hosted by exlhost, and it will work for me, than it will stop, etc. It gets annoying.
Currently, all of the exlhost hosted forums are down for me.
 
I believe the issue has been taken care of, or maybe I'm just speaking too early; but the nameservers were not correctly aligned with our server's A name records which caused the nameservers to drop or act as if they were not from our servers. This is most likely the cause of user-end downtime experiences, we are still sniffing for any other possible reasons.

Quick edit, the addition of A records of the ns may take the usual propagation time, if not just few hours. Staying very hopeful.
 
Has worked fine for me all along.

My site has not experiecnced any downtime.
 
I'm not sure why everyone is having this problem. I still have not seen my forum down and it is hosted on the free server..
