I don't exercise at all. In fact, I probably spend close to ninety percent of my life sitting or laying down. I'm surprised that I don't weigh eight hundred pounds right now.
Nope don't do exercise either, I have loads of those fitness videos, I do them once or twice and then they go into the cupboard with the rest!. I do get my mountain bike out in the summer though. I don't understand how anyone can go jogging :shrug:
Yes, I love it. I go to the gym twice a week, swimming once a week and aqua aerobics once a week. We also do a lot of hill and mountain walking at weekends, often covering over 12 miles.
I love to exercise! I usually go to the gym but occasionally I'll go for a jog with some friends around campus or do some sit-ups, push-ups, etc. in my room. I've always loved to exercise, even as a kid.
I love exercise! I love it because my professors make it fun. It's a martial art, and we do it Tuesday/Thursday/Friday. I did a double workout yesterday! I did my regular class and conditioning class 🙂 The conditioning class we worked ourselves out 😀
Having thought some more about this......I do walk every where, mainly because I don't drive, when we go to Paris I can walk around 10-15 miles a day, that counts as exercise right? :shrug:
Mon/Tue/Wed/Thu/Fri: I go a one hour jog and then cycling then do some weights.
Sat: I'm usually out with some friends but try and get up quite early for a jog.
Sun: Bed.
