Most people don't think to do any type of exercises while at their computer desk all day long. Do you have anything that you do to keep your body moving (besides your arms for typing)?

I tap my feet up and down to make an annoying noise on the floor of our office building because I physically cannot sit still. Apparently me being in office has caused a decrease in productivity on the floor below me 😵
