You could do a starting off deal, so maybe packages + a free review, you could also possibly think about lowering your prices just until you get some testimonials and then people might feel comfortable, also maybe you need to advertise more. You can also make a review service aswell instead of having it as a bonus with packages, you can maybe do you large packages with a split option where you split it between 2 accounts so the users of the forum that your posting on think that your 2 active members.. Might make admins like that deal.

I'm not going to lower my prices... they are perfectly fair. Some places like Forum Booster are a hell of a lot more expensive.
The review idea isn't bad... and I don't like multiple accounting to make a forum to look more active, it's just desperation.

There we go I made one good idea 😛. But I think it's your prices because you might want to think about making a introductory offer say first 2-3 people to get testimonials then think about putting them back up?
