Maybe no one is replying because 'first impression' isn't a review type. The reviews types are quoted below. Review area isn't a field either.

Along with feedback, you will receive an official Novice Review from the Forum Promotion Review Team. The reviewer will touch on a total of one (1) criteria that the requestee will choose for the reviewer. Open dialogue is between the reviewer and reviewee is encouraged.
  • Requirements:
  • If it's a forum, it must have at less than 100 posts.
  • If it's a blog, you must have 10 or fewer articles.
  • If it's a website, it must have been open less than 30 days.
  • May be requested every 7 days.

Basic Review: 100 FP$
With this choice, you will receive peer-to-peer feedback about your website/forum/blog for as long as your topic is open. Along with feedback, you will receive an official Basic Review from the Forum Promotion Review Team. The reviewer will touch on a total of two (2) criteria that the requestee will choose for the reviewer. Open dialogue is between the reviewer and reviewee is encouraged.
  • Requirements:
  • If it's a forum, it must have at least 100 posts
  • If it's a blog, you must have at least 15 articles
  • If it's a website, it must have been open for 45+ days.
  • May be requested every 7 days.

Intermediate Review: 175 FP$
With this choice, you will receive peer-to-peer feedback about your website/forum/blog for as long as your topic is open. Along with feedback, you will receive an official Intermediate Review from the Forum Promotion Review Team. The reviewer will touch on a total of three (3) criteria that the requestee will choose for the reviewer. Open dialogue is between the reviewer and reviewee is encouraged.
  • Requirements:
  • If it's a forum, it must have at least 500 posts
  • If it's a blog, you must have at least 25 articles
  • If it's a website, it must have been open for 60+ days.
  • May be requested every 14 days.

Seasoned Review: 250 FP$
With this choice, you will receive peer-to-peer feedback about your website/forum/blog for as long as your topic is open. Along with feedback, you will receive an official Seasoned Review from the Forum Promotion Review Team. The reviewer will touch on a total of four (4) criteria that the requestee will choose for the reviewer. Open dialogue is between the reviewer and reviewee is encouraged.
  • Requirements:
  • If it's a forum, it must have at least 1,000 posts
  • If it's a blog, you must have at least 40 articles
  • If it's a website, it must have been open for 75+ days.
  • May be requested every 24 days.

Advanced Review: 400 FP$
With this choice, you will receive peer-to-peer feedback about your website/forum/blog for as long as your topic is open. Along with feedback, you will receive an official Advanced Review from the Forum Promotion Review Team. The reviewer will touch on all of the criteria. Open dialogue between the reviewer and reviewee is encouraged.
  • Requirements:
  • If it's a forum, it must have at least 2,000 posts
  • If it's a blog, you must have at least 55 articles
  • If it's a website, it must have been open for 90+ days.
  • May be requested every 30 days.

I apologise. At the moment I am the only Editorial Team Member so I might take longer getting to the reviews. The Package Team lends us a hand too from time to time if they are able to.

I am sorry the form has caused confusion.
@Na11 is correct. You need to specify a Review Type from that list.
Review area is meant for you two choose the criteria we will use. "First Impression" is one of our available criteria.

I see you're a new member, @Arden Mendoza, so I'll go out on a limb to suppose you're after the free newbie review we offer. If that is the case, the official review will cover two criteria. One will be First impressions. Would you mind choosing the other criteria you'd like to have covered?

First Impressions:
One of the first things I was presented with when I loaded your site was your Sponsored Ads page. To continue onto the actual site itself, you had to click continue to site which was right at the bottom of this popup. This may put off users from continuing, thinking the sites main aim was to present them with ads repetitively. The theme for me was quite attractive and simple to navigate. For example: Your login button is a power-up button which is a very traditional and easy to understand icon which users of all backgrounds would be able to understand. Your navigational menu was also very simple to use; The use of images to compliment text meant that users could easily navigate to the required page at a quick glance. Another thing I liked about the navigation of the site is how minimalist it was. Instead of bombarding users with a hundred different pages, the menu contained the key pages that will appeal to the users the most. Overall I quite liked the site at my inital glance and was only let down by the Ads page being presented first.

Originality:
When it comes to originality, your sites niche is a very common one. There is a countless number of 'Earn Money Online' sites out there and you want to become on of the popular ones. The niche you have picked is a hard one, and I'll give you credit for your informative and educating approach that other sites do not take. You provide a service and a base of information which educates users about subjects relating to earning money online: Such as bitcoin, revenue sites etc. I can also see that you have tried to try and help some of your users through your "Sponsored Ads" sections which displays adverts from sponsored users. Now, when it comes to the originality of your actual service it is very similar, if not exactly the same to other earn money online sites; Users view advertisements and then get paid depending on the amount they view. This is a very common service offered by similar sites. You also offer earninfs through doing surveys and referring friends and family, again, these are very common services offered. Overall your take is unique and informative but the actual service you offer is very similar. You could try incorporating other ways of earning money into your dite to make it a bit more unique- For example, posting on users sites, watching videos, things that are not that traditional way of earning money.

Thing you liked best about forum: I really liked the theme and informative nature of your site. Not only were you providing a service, you were also providing information to users about Bitcoin, about revenue and many tutorials provided on your "Tutorials" page.
Thing you liked least about forum: Being presented with Ads straight away when loading your site was a bit disappointing and may put off other users. In addition to this, a lot of your pages seemed uncomplete and just had Sponsored Ads on them instead of information. Some of these pages were on the navigation menu too, so I would reccomend you fill these pages. You could also try incorporating more unique ways to earn money instead of the traditional methods.
