As you haven't had a reply for a while i will comment -D-

The logo looks ok but it does look a bit rough around the edges and i don't know if that is pat of the font or if it was not made properly but i don't think it looks that good.

Other then that i think it would be better to put the Pay per click banner and all the links above the copyright info as that will look tidier if the copyright is at the bottom.
