First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
Dude, right off the bat I notice the logo. Really it is a default skin logo. Changing the logo is almost a must. Requesting in our graphics forum will get a few bites they also have free logo generators online to use. This really looks bad with the default logo.
The portal looks well done, not messy like other forums I have seen, although the Twitter color could be updated to fit into the skin. I would also block up the feed buttons. In like a square instead of a straight line, that will help with spacing.
The scrolling items at the top of the forum are very annoying and get in the way of the real content, move it to a new place.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
The ad at the top of the forum looks horribly laid out, it is passing some colors on it's placement and looks like it was just thrown there. I would update that ASAP. Services and forums look laid out well, nothing looks out of place or squished. Looks like a really clean and fluid layout, grats on that! again the scrolling ads should be moved somewhere, maybe on the blank space on the right if you get them going up and down.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
For your forum opening mid June, I would expect more thank just over one thousand posts. You seriously need to bump activity and get your users posting and using your forum.
I notice staff seem inactive as only one has been on in the previous 24 hours. I do say posts are spread out on the forum and not just in one place which means users like using each aspect of your site but arn't 'into' it.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
For being a promotion forum, I would say you are overstaffed but it looks like you are understaffed! This is a real first for me. I would hire more staff ASAP. You need staff for each aspect of the forums services.
I don't see flame wars or spam which looks good on your forum, that is good.
I would ask new users to help out with services to get new staff.

The Community forum should be revised to say "Having problems or have a suggestion for the board? Post your questions and feedback here.".
The Welcome forum says: "We highly recommend you post here so you can receive are warm welcomes". Should be revised to say "We highly recommend you post here so you can receive our warm welcomes."
In the Exchange forum I would change "Do your exchanges here" to "Post your exchange info here.".

Final Remarks:
This forum looks great but I can't judge a book bu it's cover here. The guts of your forum is really bad. I would work hard, just take a day, to get the forum fixed up, get staff, a logo and more things your forum needs.
What was most liked about the website/forums:
I liked the cool theme and the fluid layout which was easy to navigate and post with. I also like some different services.
What was disliked most about the website/forums:
The bland ness of the services, poor activity and the default logo.
