The most extreme advertising I would use is spending a lot of money on Adwords, Pre-roll YouTube video ads, Facebook, BuySellAds, and other ad networks that is if I suddenly had a lot of money because I won the lottery, or if I know I make the money back by selling products and services like electronics or website themes.

Hiring a coder to make a cool game app like Angry Birds might be another option for extreme advertising. I bet Rovio website got a lot of search, direct and ref feral traffic after it made Angry Birds for iPhone and Android. Angry Birds made Rovio a household name, and brought Rovio away from Bankruptcy.
