Your Quick Review
Forum Pros:
Site looks very original. You have sections that a teenager would really want to see and participate in. My favorite section is the boys room because I am a teenage guy and it's nice to be able to go to a place and talk about boy's stuff.
Great shoutbox. The only thing that I would change is a feature that would show the time of each post/shout in the shoutbox. However, it looks great, runs smoothly, and is fast.
Great discussions on your site. I looked through a few and they are all original and it makes your forum unique.

Forum Cons:
I am not much a fan of your site's style/skin. I don't really like the bright green. However, it is not enough to scare me away or anything. I would just prefer something a little less bright.
I would also put your introductions area below Feedback, instead of in The Lounge.
Some places could be a little more active. For example, the drugs board, and the girls room sections could be a little more active. Everything else is pretty much active.
Then again not everyone uses drugs, and there are probably more guys there than girls.
Final/General Thoughts:
You may want to consider making your board alphabetical so it looks neater and so it's easier to navigate. Just by looking at some of the forums they seem a little disorganized and scattered. I would make each category's sections alphabetical. In The Lounge though, put General on the top no matter what the alphabetical order would make it look like.
Good luck with your switch to vB. I'm on vBulletin and they have some amazing skins/styles. You should definitely change yours. You should add a male skin, and a female skin...That way both genders are happy. Pick something not as bright (at least that's what I think).
What was most liked about the website/forums:
Very unique. I really want to sign up, but I don't really have time for another site. However, your site looks awesome. Maybe I will go signup later and check it out. Don't know yet though.
Anyways, great sections, all look pretty active. At least there's no empty ones.
What was disliked most about the website/forums:
The style/skin. It's too bright and almost 'neon'..Not really, but it is kind of heading towards the obnoxious green look. I think that style would look better if it was a color other than green.
Also, your forum's banner/logo (located below) is not the same color as your forum's background color.
