Eye procedure coming up

Got the date for my eye procedure (getting put to sleep for laser and an injection) on his 3rd of November. I'm glad it's coming soon because my eyes are getting worse at times and I have trouble seeing things on my phone at times.

The good thing is they're going to use the gas mask to put me to sleep before using any needles.

Go home the same day and use eye drops for a week if I need them and keep up with pain relief when needed.

Here's hoping I won't need the eye drops as I'm not good having those put in.

I hope your procedure goes well my friend! Eye drops are a pain in the butt to deal with, I had to use eye drops after I got a chalazion removed a few years ago.

They gave up when I had to get them done at the eye clinic. They were getting angry because my eyes would close.

I'll be happy once this is done. I'm over only being able to spend very minimal time on my laptop every so often and having to zoom in on everything.

Thankfully I can see better on my smartphone but I can only do so much on my sites on my smartphone.

Got this one coming up on Monday. Woke up with the sniffles but they seem to be gone. They won't do the procedure if I have any sickness as there is too many risks putting me to sleep.

So I had it done yesterday and now I can barely see my phone or laptop LOL I assume when I start having the eye drops my vision will slowly get better. My partner tells me I was away for three hours but I guess that was time for them to put me to sleep, do the work and then wake me up because I kept falling back to sleep while the nurse watched 😛

I have to see the eye doctor in about four weeks.

GP said blurry vision may last another week but everything is healing nicely. She gave me some drops I can use long term as the ones I've been having were only for short term use.

My uncle had the same issue. He's ok now, I'm sure you'll be ok too!
