Your Forum Review
First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
When viewing your forums for the first time I already became attached because of the design. The logo is very attractive as well the animation flow well with the site. One thing which I didn't really think was needed in the navigation bit was the "donation" wording. I think that you should look to add this to another place. Why? to basically make it more appealing to donate.
I also really like the "staff affiliates" area which allows your staff to add their affiliate links of their sites. This is basically like a "thank-you" for being staff. Very nice use of this feature. A little suggestion I have to boost your guests to members is to make a notice
only for guests like an image that shows what you get when you register I think that so many websites/forums could use this and it most of the time
does boost your member gathering. It also came to my attention that when viewing for the first time I wasn't overwhelmed with how many forum sections there currently are. Which is always a
great thing. :great:
Lastly, I don't know how hard it would be to do this but I think instead of the "tools" page being an active
thread maybe you should look into making it an .php/html file so it looks a bit more professional like an
addon page for phpbb3.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
The layout is very neat and well used, As I can see you did a lot of custom work beyond the actual regular template download. Which has came out to be almost perfect. The footer is great but I see you have
added a bit more to the bottom causing it to go under the "actual" footer. Which in my opinion doesn't really go well with the design. I suggest looking into adding all that into the actual design. Also the ezcash system in the upper right corner maybe you could add that on the same bar that the search is on, A bit to the left. It in my opinion looks a bit out of place.
I didn't really understand the need to place google ads? I mean it's fine if you need to earn revenue. However a site like yours at this moment doesn't need to and may lead some guests not to register thinking they will be registering on a website that is filled with Google ads.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
It seems that EzPromotion is very active at this point in time. While browsing the forum I noticed that you are gaining posts by the minute pretty much. I also noticed that you get tons of guests pretty much every day hence.
In total there were 151 users online 109 of them being guests now, If your gaining that many guests pretty much every 48 hours or so.
I would strongly recommend pushing forward to giving people reasons to join. Like I said earlier this could be by adding an image that shows people what there is when you register. This generally works mostly it depends on the audience that is viewing your website as a guest. But it should boost up the activity
members a bit more. Another activity subject that I noticed was that your staff come on more than members
as much as I could see. This isn't the worst thing that could happen.
Overall nice job on the activity on your forums it is in the success path I think.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
This was a tricky subject to review on as you have a bit more staff than you should. Seeing as most of the people logging in where staff. Which to the everyday user can be very overwhelming thinking h/she
is always being watched isn't the greatest feeling in the world. I think you could do two things in this situation look into places to advertise to bring in more members, And or demote some people to maybe VIP or another rank like that for the time being.
I also noticed that your staff do a very nice job at their job. Which is always nice :cheer:.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
As far as I could see it seems that everything is spelled correctly, and properly used. The staff seem to be very professional when needed and can also be loose other times, Which is always the best way to have it on a website/forum/blog at anytime.
