Your Quick Review
Pros:
- I like that everything on your site connects to each other very well. The layout and skin is consistent. It's visually pleasing, and very nice to look at.
- I love that you have SMFShop. I've always been very fond of shop systems. I think they add a lot to forums.
- I like that you have a favicon. Those are always good to have. It makes your site more attractive on bookmark lists.
Cons:
- Your skin is not fluid. I use high-resolution monitors, so I would prefer you to have a skin that fills it up. A huge black background isn't the most appealing thing to look at.
- Your services are quite generic. There's nothing really unique about them. It's going to be hard to start a promotion forum like that. Who is going to stay active with bigger sites out there?
- I know it may seem minor, but your logo doesn't match the color of your header. The logo is slightly darker. The header is a light gray.
- Some of your descriptions could use improvement. For example,
"Got questions about your account here? Please, tell us here." should be something like, "Do you have questions about your account? Please, tell us here."
"Post here to request affiliates or to find other sites you want to affiliate with." should be, "Post here to request affiliates, or to find other sites you want to affiliate with."
"Talk about Technology as well as media here." should be, "Talk about technology, as well as media, here."
etc.
- Perhaps I'm just blind, but I couldn't find a staff page. You really should have an easily accessible page for seeing all the forum staff.
- It seems odd your account support section is public. Shouldn't that sort of stuff be dealt with privately?
Final/General Thoughts: I'm sorry, but I can't see a promotion forum like this taking off. It's too generic and uninteresting.
