1. More audience, bit CPC.
2. Check only NewsFeed Ad because Right Colomn Ad is not useful. More users didn't see.
3. For cheap try India, Bulgaria, Serbia, Macedonia, Montenegro, Greece, Cyprys, Albania... (CTR between $0.02-$0.05).
4. Choose more than 4 countries for target.
5. Try with CPM. You can get 1k impressions for $0.05-$0.10. If your ad is atractive you can get 1%-20% CTR on Newsfeed.
1k impressions for $0.10 = 10k impr for $1
1% CTR = 100 website clicks
10% CTR = 1000 website clicks

Only for $1

6. Check more than 4 interests like ` internet forums `...or your keywords.

You can got conversation track to follow your signups.

It maybe cheap but it's still a waste of money if you want users from UK, etc.

You might get a lot of views from people in those countries, but what's the point if they can't read your site (not everyone reads English afterall).

I mean if you want actual members and not just views then this is a waste of money at best. (Since they aren't likely to join if they can't read/understand anything from your site.)

You can target people who read english.

Any tier 1 country is usually expensive unless you target specific people/interests.

If you targer more of 1 country (+UK) will be expensive too.
