Facebook Disabled - Dodgy Email?

Okay so i have been trying to contact facebook for ages.

And FINNALY today I got an email back from [email protected]?

Is this a real facebook email adress? They said to reactivate my account I needed to show proof of age (eg: driver license) and a picture?

Please help 😀

To me that email address looks 100% fake but without the email it is a bit hard to tell. Did the reply you get state your real name (first and last)?
