What do you all think of Facebook now ?



Well I Deleted all of my Facebook Accounts Since August 2020 never look back for a lot of reasons ! I should had Deleted it years ago ! I join Facebook back in 2009 most of my friends had left MySpace , plus Facebook had good games for a few years until they died or left.

And I already Deleted Instagram back in February 2020


Now Facebook is getting real bad . a lot of peoples had left Facebook


So have you guys left Facebook or sticking around with them still ?

Another thing is A lot of peoples saying that Facebook killing off Fan Message Boards / Fan Website. Do you guys think its true? To Me Yes it is

I only stick around on Facebook to keep in touch with relatives and look at pictures I'd not normally get to see. I want to quit, really I do because I feel Facebook is really corrupt. It censors things that shouldn't be censored and we're finding out now that some things that got blocked are actually true and they won't apologize for their being wrong. Big companies don't feel they need to apologize.

Too many people I know prefer Facebook Groups for their community activity over a forum. I created a craft forum knowing I have about 100 friends who do crafts. Only a couple signed up and 2 posted. Big deal. I see them posting weekly on Facebook Groups though 🙁

I deleted my Facebook account as I don't appreciate censorship. Many people moved over to Mewe & I have an account there. It is similar in feel to Facebook. Have groups, people keep in touch with family.

That is the age-old debate. Either people are Team Social Media or Team Forum. I honestly don't know why forums are not more popular. I hate having to scroll thru posts on social media. Forums, we get to organize so i.e. intros are in one place, crafts in another... But with that said, when I have posted on Mewe my forum, people replied they are intimidated by how a forum looks with "so many posts".

Honestly, I dislike Facebook, for the simple fact that it is harder to discuss certain topics there, without feeling like someone is going to report something, or a post gets caught by the system's automatic moderation for whatever they don't want discussed.
