First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
SMF to me never looked especially appealing in the visual area. Thankfully, your skin was actually pretty nice. The banner was cool looking, and the red fading stripes are a nice touch. The skin is a bit blocky and a bit too dark for my taste, but that’s not a big deal. The thread view page is significantly better and nicer than other SMF forums I’ve seen, so I like that. The only image I had a problem with is your forum icon image on the index. The paw image looks...rough in a way. The image looks jagged, and would look better smooth. One thing I think would be nice that other forums have is the ability to click on the usergroups on the Who Is Online list and be able to see who’s in the group. Overall, I liked your skin but wasn’t “WOWed” by it.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
Your layout was generally good. All the forums fit in their respective category. One thing I noticed was the activity meter - it seemed neat, but I couldn’t figure out how it worked. It isn’t clear. Also, some user titles I noticed ran into the post, hidden. Other layout items were good though. I liked the top login placement, and the navbar going along the top. I also liked the way your forum listed subforums, it was more noticeable then I’ve seen on other forums. So, goood job overall.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
15,000 posts and 100 members in about a year is not bad at all. Could it be better? Sure. But RPGs are a rarer type of forum and don’t have as much of a memberbase, so I’m glad to see your forum do well. As an RPG your forum is doing well and I see it will do better. I also am glad you’re promoting it on sites like ForumPromotion. I have no complaints at all in this area.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
I think you having four admins is a bit too much. For a forum with 102 admins, 4 admins and 3 global mods is a bit much. I understand RPGs take work to update but that’s a lot of staff for a relatively small forum. For now I would stop hiring staff. I would wait until you get more posts and more activity to hire any more. Now don’t start firing people, because that’s not what I’m suggesting. I’m just suggesting you be careful about the number of staff. Thankfully though, your staff does seem to do a good job.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
Mostly spelling errors were minor. Here are the ones I noticed:

Professionalism was fine for the most part but I’m not sure how professional having “GIT TOO EET!” on your forum index is. Otherwise, it was fine.
