First Impressions & Appearance - (Out of 20)
I really like the banner that I see when I first click onto the site, but I have to wonder to myself.. your site is for Game Hosting, yet it has a " Warhammer Online" banner? I think you should make a banner specific to your site and it's hosting.
I also think the homepage needs some work. It seems very cluttered and unorganized... the middle space, which is completely blank, needs to be filled with something.
I don't see any problems while examining your board index, other than a few nitpicky things which I will delve into below.
I really think you need to put some more work into the homepage. The blank in the middle is very dull and would turn a guest away very quickly. Other than that I think your skin is great.

Site Layout - (Out of 20)
The homepage layout, as I said needs some work and fine tuning.
The forum layout, however appears to be in tip top shape. Some boards appear to be a little excessive, but I'm not going to suggest anything at all because your running a hosting business and pretty much all of the boards are in order.

Statistics and Activity - (Out of 20)
The site, according to you, has only been open for about 10 days.. you have 215 members and 230 posts.. that is excellent. What I do notice is that your posts are a bit low, and I think that your members and staff need to post a bit more.. encourage this by putting more emphasis on off topic boards, and doing post exchanges.

Staff Moderation - (Out of 20)
I see two " GM game Masters " . They both have 20 posts each. That isn't so good.. I suggest you have them pick it up a bit.
I also see two administrators, one with 80 posts and one with 60 posts. This is superb. The Administrators are obviously dedicated and active.
I see one moderator, with 25~ posts.. this again, isn't good. Have them pick up their activity.
Really not a lot of staff problems.. I think you're set on the amount of staff you need, but I really suggest you have the staff lower than you pick up the activity.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism - (Out of 20)
Your descriptions are long and informative, which is great. An issue that concerns me is that some boards lack descriptions. Even if they are two or three sentences, a description for every board is a must.
As for spelling, grammar, and professionalism, this is all tip-top. Just add descriptions to some of your boards.

Your site really has a lot of potential to grow into a big development site. I really suggest you fix that homepage, and add descriptions to the boards that don't have descriptions. That, in my view is the biggest problem I see on your site right now. The rest of it seems to be built professional, and the staff seem to be very dedicated. I wish you all of the luck in the world
