Falling asleep Tips?

Lately, I can’t fall asleep as fast as before. I turn, toss and fidget in my bed for hours before falling asleep. Any tips for me?
 
I’ve found not taking naps, being active during the day, and a cold environment help me sleep.
 
Experts say not to look at your phone or any screen before bedtime. The light coming from a screen can trick your brain into thinking it's sunlight, making it more difficult to fall asleep. Also if you haven't, you could try using melatonin to help you fall asleep.
