I whipped up the banner myself, but the problem is I don't know how to do Graphics. I will find a graphics person to do one for me.

I was recently told of technical issues (didn't affect me). I've checked the support at Lunar and they say it should all be resolved. So if any of you received errors in the last day or two, then please come back as the forum is now all working!
