Far Cry 3

Far Cry 3 comes out today, you guys excited?

I like the open world system, and its a FPS with some great graphics.

Im getting my copy later today.

I was not impressed with Far Cry 2, so I'll probably wait to read some reviews and such to see if it's worthy of my time and money.

I have not played the earlier far cry games, but i started playing the new one and I like it alot.

The driving of vehicles is a bit weird and takes time to get used to it.

I beat this game a couple days ago and I do have to say this was one of the best games i played in a while.
This game did a great job of pulling me in and keeping my attention.
There was always something to do, it did not getting boring for me.

FarCry 2 was the worst of the 3.

Were the first 2 open world like the 3rd one?

Yes the core game has stayed the same through the series.

Are the story lines related at all?

I have a feeling they are not.

I love FC3. The graphics in this game are amazing, especially since it's an open environment game. Voice acting was great. Storyline had me captivated. One of my favorite games of last year.

Well said, I felt the same way.
I only played the game during the weekends, and during the week I just could not stop thinking about it.
I dont know how they did it, but this game got me hooked.

Im sad that it had to end.

Never played any Far Cry period but I've heard Far Cry 3 is amazing. I'm still not convinced, though.
