I am on a personal mission to help as many people as I can lose correct, healthy and safe weight and keep it off for life! This is the exact reason I set up the forums. I have 20 years health and fitness experience and I want to pass that onto as many people as I can in the simplest way possible, the forums will allow me to do that!

I am a fully qualified Personal Trainer & Nutritionist and I love the area of weight loss, obesity etc. The forums are in the early stages of growth so as a result there aren't many members as yet, however, I am prepared to put the work, time and effort in to change that.

Everybody has an opinion on health, fitness, obesity, diet etc, please feel free to come along and register and have your say. If you don't want to then please direct a family member or friend to the site if they suffer with their weight.

Just a bit of an update,

The forums are actually gaining some good traffic and members now!

From the date of the original post above 1st of Jan until now we have actually reached almost 600 posts, over 120 topics and almost 40 members.

I would love for some of you here to come and take a look to see if there is anything you can get involved in.
