Favicon, Logo and Avatar

Hello,

I'm in need of a few simple images.


Favicon: 16 x 16, transparent, with two letters: EG in blue/black color saved in the .ico format with the image being called favicon.ico.


Avatar:

200 X 200 based on the skin look:
