He's asking, because:Nope not at all just as long as it matches my forums colors
It's basically any image that can be seen as a tiny 60 x 60 pixel image. However, you can deploy a larger image than the recommended standard. Because most browsers and most mobile browsers are beginning to "respect" larger sizes. On top of that, most browsers on mobile phones are also moving away from standard favicons.
To create a favicon, you need to choose how you want your favicon to look like. Do you want it sharp? Do you want it to work with older phones where images are basic? You have to decide what you want before implementing it. Most of the older phones can't handle more than 60 x 60 pixels for images, that means you'll need to have the logo be SIMPLE as possible.
Grab photoshop, put "SWC" in a box, resize it to 60 x 60 pixels, save it first. Upload the 60 x 60 version to your server (IDEALLY SWC's root), rename it as "favicon.ico" and finalize the change.
Load your website after a few minutes or an hour. It should show up.
Now, for the second part of my answer: Save the same image as 200 x 200, upload it (name it whatever, but just for understanding name it like "SWCSocial.") Find "meta" on your board. Put the link to the SWCSocial image THERE.
I'll get round it maybe later today or if not, tomorrow. Should be an easy thing to do 🙂 But do you want me to post it here or send you it privately, @Cessepedes17?
