Who has the idea on how to add favicon on PHPBB forum. I've tried all codes on HTML, still it doesn't work. I need a step by step guide on how to add it to my forum. Thanks in anticipation.

I already followed that procedure. It still didn't work.

Generally you can simply put the favicon.ico in the root directory of your site and browsers should be able to pick it up without having to do anything special.
If you are wanting different ones for each style, then you will need to find the template that has the head segment in it for that style and then those instructions should work.
Realize... sometimes the browsers are slow to show them.
