Favorite browser?

I used to ONLY use IE now I use firefox, cause Im just so used to it.

I tried Opera several times, and its really uncomfortable... -~-
 
Firefox is all i will use i hate everything else
 
I have a new browser in the works: theezy-fox-explorer-scape. Stay tuned. Its in beta stages right now. -razz-
JK, firefox for me.
 
I like them all, have their own weaknessess and strengths but I use FireFox the most, depends on preference I guess.
 
I've been using safari for the past hour or do on various sites (not this one) and actually found it to be very enjoyable. Everything is nice and clean, professional and runs quickly. Also love the default 'loading progress' bar in the background of the address bar ~smile~

Might start using it as my main browser for casual browsing. ~smile~

I was not relying on pure figures and percents to come up with the fact its the 3rd widely used. I was basing that statement off the fact that IE6 and IE7 should be combined, and counted as one. Usually, in the browser wars, and topics with polls regarding which one is the best, only 3 choices appear, IE, FireFox, and Opera. Chrome is next to unheard of by anyone other than web programmers, unless you happen to see their ad on youtube. Safari is the default browser for Mac's, which accounts for its use. Thats also why IE (all versions) beat FireFox as the most used browser, because it comes standard.

Sorry for not stating how I came up with that figure, but I didnt want to bore you with a long paragraph such as this detailing why I said what I did. My point is still proven as before, only now theres an extra paragraph to read.

My stats for the last month for AwesomeStyles

1. Firefox 65.24%
2. Internet Explorer 23.54%
3. Opera 4.34%
4. Chrome 3.73%
5. Safari 2.66%


However for my forum:

1. Internet Explorer 48.31%
2. Firefox 42.52%
3. Safari 3.39%
4. Chrome 2.35%
5. Opera 1.89%
 
Well I don' know if it's culturally taboo or what, but I'm really starting to get used to plain ol' Google Chrome. I find myself using it more than I expected I would.

I like Chrome because it's just a plain simple dumb browser and not a hog. But I still remember the text browsers of the good ol days (or the slow ol' days). I don't know if browsers have gotten much more intelligent or just a lot prettier.
 
Yep i have to agree with most users in this thread. It love firefox as my browser. It's so secure and customizable!

I've only checked IE8 to see how my site design looks in it, and it's not that bad actually (it isn't chopped up so that's good), it seems an improvement but IE is still a terrible browser compared to FF, Safari, Chrome etc.
 
Firefox and Opera are my favorites.

My least favorite is easily IE not only because of the speed,but trying to make a 100% working site for it with some fancy things is not easy...
