Some of the highlights. I've associated each band with the decade that they made my favorite works of theirs. I like each artist listed enough to put at least full album of theirs on my playlist, rather than just a couple hits.
- 2010s: Macklemore & Ryan Lewis, Paramore, TSwift, Katy Perry, Miley Cyrus, Luppe Fiasco, Maroon 5, LiSA (J-Pop), Er Aoi (J-Pop)
- 2000s: Green Day, Train, Fall Out Boy, Muse, My Chemical Romance, System of a Down, lostprophets, Toby Keith, The Ataris, Incubus, Blake Shelton, Kanye
- 1990s: Aerosmith, Blink-182, N.W.A, Biggie Smalls
- 1980s: Queen
- 1970s: Eagles, Styx, Van Halen, Billy Joel, Charlie Daniels, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Led Zepplin, Kansas
- 1960s: Beatles, The Rolling Stones
- 1950s: Frank Sinatra
So, looks like the 2000s are the winner, with 2010s doing pretty well for itself (especially since we're only half into that decade). Some good stuff in the 90s, not to much going on in the 80s, and then a bunch in the 70s.
1980's for the same reasons + Metallica. Then, of course, the 90's and I loved Savage garden, Backstreet Boys, and a bunch of other boy bands from that time. Brian McKnight was great too.Kino said:1980's are my absolute favorite. Journey, Def Leppard, and Whitesnake are three of my favorites from that decade.
You just don't know what the good stuff is! 😛Kimmeh said:The 80's for sure, alot better than the garbage we have today.
