I have a piece of gum every day. I love 5 gum, with my favorite kinds being Colbalt, React, and Elixir. 5 gum is my favorite but stride is also pretty good.

I don't eat gum, used too. I hate it though. Mucks up your throat if you have too much (which lots of people do) and seeing lots of it spat on the floor and under school tables is horrible. So I am not a fan.

You dont eat gum.. Eating involves swallowing.
You chew gum and spit it out later as it doesn't digest very well. I heard it stays in your stomach for 7 years. Not sure if that is a myth or not though.

But yeah, even chewing it and moving around your mouth messes your throat up. Well, at least not in any way good for it.
