What is your favorite item that you enjoy cooking, when you get the chance to make? Can be anything from a meal to a desert.

I have always loved making spaghetti, but my next best favorite would be boneless fried chicken.

I make a good roast, but it takes most of the day in the oven so it has to be done when someone's at home. Sooo worth the time and effort though!

There's a chocolate chip cookie recipe that I love, but the dough has to chill for two hours before baking.

I've never heard of this before. I make tomato on toast all the time in the summer when they're fresh, have never added cheese though. What kind of cheese?

Lamb roast or steak and chips are my two favorites, though i do enjoy making a nice chicken tikka curry too, its hard to choose as i am a big foody at heart 🙂

I mixed it up every time. And also to mention I have sun-dried tomato 🙂 they are very nice
