Lady in White is my favorite! It has a really good and nostalgic Halloween feel, but it's also very bizarre and to be honest, I have no clue who the intended audience was. Has anyone else seen it? It always seems like no one has even heard of it!
The 70's were the golden years for horror movies in my view.
'The Wicker Man', 'The Exorcist', 'Alien', 'Carrie', 'The Omen', 'The Texas Chainsaw Massacre', 'Jaws', 'Eraserhead' (a personal favourite), 'Invasion of the Body Snatchers', 'Don't Look Now', 'Nosferatu the Vampyre', 'Halloween' 'Straw Dogs', 'Dawn of the Dead', the list is endless.
What was so great about all these films is they were all very unique. They didn't follow a formula like so many films do today so you never knew what was coming and that gave the audience a genuine thrill.
