Favourite Italian Dishes?

My personal favorites are : pizza, pasta, risotto and prosciutto al melone. I can't live without pizza and pasta. I have a frozen 3 meats and 3 cheese oven-baked pizza once weekly at home every weekend.

I make homemade pasta that's the best!! It's really easy to make fettuccine. The ravioli takes a lot more work though but still is very tasty.

Another one of my specialties is chicken parmigiana.

The pizza I make isn't very Italian but it's still awesome!
