Favourite Meat Sauces?

I myself am partial to : honey BBQ, BBQ, Teriyaki and honey Dijon mustard for my cooked meats or cold cuts. What's yours?

I like mustard/mayo for cold cuts depending on which ones, but for other types of meats that need a sauce I like BBQ or Buffalo sauce.
