Favourite Mexican Dishes?

BBQ quesedillas, enchiladas, burritos and tacos for me personally. I also love their breakfast version at a local Mexican brunch chain. I haven't been for a few months as the restaurants, bars and coffee shops are still closed till further notice in my area, which is a a shame, really. What's yours?

I usually go for enchiladas when I'm at a Mexican restaurant. I'm almost never disappointed!

Chicken quesedillas all the way! I do love tacos, but I really do not like hard tacos (as I end up with them everywhere), so I end up just avoiding them vs trying to special order or figure out what they offer.

I usually either get chicken and cheese with rice or soft shelled tacos.

I used to order three crunchy beef tacos and a side of rice. That was a weekly meal for me when I was a kid. Now I'm a little more adventurous. Sometimes I order chicken and cheese with rice, chicken soup, fajita mixture, etc.
