Favourite Music Genres?

I really love some Western rock and roll and heavy metal, really nice escape from reality for me personally. Been listening to all day "Complicated" by Avril Lavigne today.

I lean towards Soft Rock of the 1980's. That is what I grew up with. Although I have listened to some 50's & 60's music that my mom played when I was a kid. Some of those songs still get caught in my head 🙂

I generally listen to anything (from classical to rap) depending on mood and setting but, I'm more into UK rap (Dave, J Hus and many more).

I am a pop lover. I like Britney Spears and Mohombi. I love Jlo's songs too. Sometimes I listen to rap songs, but not my favourite.

The guy that runs Yacht Rock Miami is a member at Atlantic. You'd definitely like that station. My wife listened to it all the time during quarantine work-from-home.

Musically, I'm all over the place. Rock 'n' roll, always, but also jazz, pop, ambient/downtempo, classical, hip-hop, the list goes on. I find I get into my music more than many; if I hear a good song, I want to know who's singing, who's playing saxophone, what else did they record, what exactly is that lyric in the third verse.

I listen to a lot of different music except for Country. I'm forced to listen to that at work and it's generally been the same stuff since I started working there 13 and a 1/2 years ago. Yuck!
