I don't watch much but i have to say either The Simpsons (Obviously) or Hollyoaks.

Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip, hands-down.

Created and written by the same guy that did the West Wing. This time around he focuses on Hollywood rather than Washington DC.

As usual, though, the dialogue is stupendous, the characters inventive, and I find myself engrossed for the entirety of the show.
